ALOHA!  Summer is in full bloom now with an abundance of great horse activities. T, Keetah and I have been busy attending horses shows, doing a few trail rides; and my husband and I finally closed on the sale of our farm … YAHOO … let the building begin!
 
Thank you to all the SRSC members that were able to represent our club in the last couple parades!  I wish I could have been there to join in the fun!
 
Wow; August is going to sneak up on us soon; that is when our totally awesome Youth and Over the Hill shows will be held.  I hope to see you all participating there.  It will be a very fun weekend. During those shows; around the noon hour; there will be a chance for YOU to run for SRSC 2008 Royalty.  Come one; come all and try out!  There will be a riding portion (a pattern run either pleasure or game style) and a short interview with a speech to be given at a later meeting.  All ages and genders welcome!!!!  If you are interested in running; please email me and let me know by August 10^th via email at  jenvalek@lakes.com
